Budget organizations increase electricity and heating energy consumption in Azerbaijan

Baku. 19 November. REPORT.AZ/ In January-September 2018, the budget-funded organizations consumed 1,603,200,000 kWh of electricity, 225,200 GCal of heating energy and 100.3 million cubic meters of natural gas, Report informs citing the State Statistical Committee.

Compared to a year earlier, consumption of electricity and heating energy rose by 3.8% and 33.2% respectively, while natural gas consumption dropped by 5.6%.

Consumption of electricity by the budget-funded organizations amounted to AZN 144.2 million, heating energy to AZN 6 million and natural gas to AZN 20 million.
