Shaffer: Karabakh develops comprehensively now

Karabakh's development proceeds comprehensively now after its liberation, Brenda Shaffer, a professor at Naval postgraduate school (US), told a special session of the Baku Energy Forum in Shusha.
She stressed that this idea could become a kind of example for others.
The idea of creating an energy system in Karabakh is to make it green, new, and more efficient, Shaffer said, noting that this is an essential and good idea.
She stressed that this idea could become a kind of example for others.
The efficiency of green energy is combined with the beauty of Karabakh, the professor said, adding that investing in renewable energy sources is a necessary and serious issue."
