Azerbaijan slightly reduces polyethylene, ethylene output

From January through March this year, Azerbaijan produced 32,700 tons of propylene, 42,100 tons of polyethylene and 42,300 tons of ethylene, Report informs referring to the State Statistical Committee.

In the production of propylene, commodity products made 30,500 tons.

During the reporting period, propylene production dropped by 6 percent, and commercial propylene production fell 12.1 percent.

From January through March this year, the production of ethylene and polyethylene in Azerbaijan decreased by 0.2 percent.
