Azerbaijan’s Azercosmos to precisely measure carbon dioxide parameters in atmosphere

The amount of methane emitted into the atmosphere in Azerbaijan continues to grow from year to year, Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Space Agency (Azercosmos) under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport Samaddin Asadov said at the event “A View from Space on Climate Change,” Report informs.
“We don’t carry out accurate measurements of carbon dioxide parameters in the atmosphere. But we plan to carry out these measurements in the coming years,” he noted.
