Azerbaijan reveals volume of ethylene, propylene and polyethylene production

In January-February 2024, Azerbaijan produced 27,200 tons of ethylene, down 6.5 % compared to a year ago, Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee.

In the first two months of this year, Azerbaijan produced 24,400 tons of polyethylene and 24,900 tons of propylene. During the reporting period, the production of polyethylene and propylene in the country decreased by 17.6% and 10.8%, respectively, compared to 2023.
