Azerbaijan records sharp decline in oil exports to Türkiye

Azerbaijan exported 114,020.8 tons of crude oil worth $61,790,420 to Türkiye in the first quarter of 2024, Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee (SCC).
The SCC’s data shows that this is a sharp decrease of 3.3 times in volume and 3.7 times in value compared to the corresponding period in 2023.
In the specified period, the share of crude oil exported to Türkiye in Azerbaijan's total oil exports was 2.03%.
