Azerbaijan posts 8% decline in oil production

By the end of 2020, Azerbaijan's crude output made 35,100,000 tonnes, down 7.9% from a year earlier, Report informs, citing BP's annual World Energy Statistics Review.
By the end of 2019, Azerbaijan produced 38,000,000 tonnes of crude.
According to the document, the country's oil output made 51,300,000 tonnes in 2000, 46,100,000 tonnes in 2011, 43,700,000 tonnes in 2012, 43,800,000 tonnes in 2013, 42,500,000 tonnes in 2014, 42,000,000 tonnes in 2015, 41,400,000 tonnes in 2016, 39,100,000 tonnes in 2017 and 39,200,000 tonnes in 2018.
