Azerbaijan, China mull joint activities on renewable energy ​

Joint activities on renewable energy were discussed between Azerbaijan and China, according to the Minister of Economy, Mikayil Jabbarov, Report informs.

"To accelerate the green energy transition in Azerbaijan, we are actively broadening our collaboration with international companies renowned for their best practices in this field. During a meeting with Qiao Xubin, the President of "China Energy International Group Co., Ltd.," we engaged in discussions focused on incorporating our country's abundant renewable energy sources into the innovative solutions presented by the company. We also discussed the appropriation of energy storage technologies, reviewed ongoing projects, and explored potential opportunities for collaborative activities," Jabbarov said on X.
