Two universities in Azerbaijan transformed into public legal entity

In Azerbaijan, two universities have been transformed into public legal entities, Report informs, citing the Cabinet of Ministers.

A decision has been made to reorganize the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art, the Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry through a transformation to the status of a public legal entity subordinate to the Ministry of Science and Education. The decision also approves the statutes of these universities.
