President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on establishing two agencies under the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Report informs.
According to the decree, the State Agency for Science and Higher Education and the State Agency for Preschool and General Education were established.
