Over 130,000 teachers vaccinated against COVID-19 in Azerbaijan

To date, 138,000 out of more than 220,000 teachers have been vaccinated with both doses of the anti-coronavirus vaccine, Report informs, citing Jasaret Valehov, chief of the public relations department of the Ministry of Education.
He said that today over 60,000 teachers remain unvaccinated.
"Of them, 16,500 have the immunity certificates, over 42,000 have not been vaccinated for some reasons. The vaccinated teachers have the chance to get more classes. We consider that in the coming 20-25 days, the vaccination percentage among the education workers will grow," Valehov said.
