List of 5-year-old children will be prepared to be involved to preschool education from new academic year

Baku. 9 August. REPORT.AZ/ Starting from 2016-2017 academic years, state-funded preschool education of 5-year-old children will be launched at the general education schools.

Report informs, Education Minister Mikayil Jabbarov has signed a relevant decree.

According to the decree 'On implementation of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 11, 2016', list of the 5-year-old children, to be involved to preschool education from new academic year, will be prepared as well as relevant schools and teachers will be determined according to the areas.

Also, measures will be carried out to provide necessary learning environment in the general education schools of preschool education, trainings will be held for the teachers according to the approved curriculum and program.
