Farid Gayibov: Every manat spent on projects under control

The Ministry of Youth and Sports follows all the norms in financing projects, said Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov.
"The ministry has mechanisms to control projects: We can't do what we want. Every manat spent is under control," he added.
The minister also stressed that there are certain projects to support young people.
