Education Minister signs order on exams

Baku. 3 January. REPORT.AZ/ Education Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has signed an order to organize and hold the exam session.

Report informs that the purpose of the order is to organize the exam session of 2018/2019 autumn semester in higher and secondary vocational education institutions in accordance with existing rules, to ensure transparency and objectivity in the assessment of students' knowledge.

According to the order, the heads of higher and secondary vocational education institutions are tasked with organizing the examination session on the basis of existing normative documents, establishing the test headquarters in their respectieve educational institutions and holding operative investigation of each complaint addressed to the headquarters.

At the same time, measures should be taken in accordance with existing legislation on persons who cause shortcomings and misdiagnosis during organization and conduct of exams.

A final report about the organization and conduct of the exam session should be submitted to the Ministry of Education within 10 days after the session. Deputy Minister Firudin Gurbanov will take control over execution of order.
