Pandemic has caused great harm to academic learning in education, department chief at the Ministry of Education Vafa Yagublu said at a briefing on the organization of the 2021-2022 academic year.
"On the other hand, it gave the ground for mastering good habits," she noted.
According to her, teachers are ready for the new academic year.
"It is not a problem to start education a bit late. What is most important is that our education workers are fully prepared for in-person tuition," she added.
