Baku Higher Oil School hosts meeting with volunteers of Baku 2015

Baku. 6 July. REPORT.AZ/ In Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) held a meeting with students, attended as volunteers Baku-2015 the First European Games.

Report informs referring to the department of public relations of BHOS, the meeting attended by the executive director of the Youth Fund under the President of Azerbaijan, member of the Organizing Committee of Baku 2015 the First European Games, Farhad Hajiyev.

Rector of BHOS, Elmar Gasimov, addressing the event and talking about the holding of the First European Games at a high level, mentioned that, it was the grand sports event in a history, which created conditions for the promotion of the country and its national values. He added that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev highly appreciates the work of volunteers. He also said that, during this time, the students acting as volunteers, showed patriotism and dedication. E.Gasimov thanked the volunteers for their outstanding services rendered to the Games to held at a high level.

Executive director of the Youth Fund under the President of Azerbaijan, member of the Organizing Committee of the First European Games, Farhad Hajiyev told about the significance of the First European Games. He stressed that, the I European Games are an important event for Azerbaijan. He praised the participation of BHOS students as volunteers in the Games. Farhad Hajiyev said that one of the success that has been brought to our country by the European Games was the estimation given to volunteers in our country and their activities at a high level. He added that, all were satisfied with the activities of volunteers. Talking about the volunteer movement has become widespread, F.Hajiyev noted that, in general, the Games attended by about 20,000 volunteers, who have completed their tasks at a very high level. He also thanked the BHOS volunteers for their active participation.
