Azerbaijan preparing new dress code rules for teachers

Certain changes have been made to the requirements regarding teachers' clothing, and the new rules will be presented to the public in the near future, Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev said at a press conference dedicated to the new academic year.

According to Report, the minister emphasized that this does not mean the introduction of a standard uniform for teachers, but rather requirements concerning their appearance: "A teacher must comply with certain standards."

Amrullayev noted that detailed information on the matter will be made public in the very near future.
