Azerbaijan needs testology specialists, education minister

"The Ministry of Education needs at least 15-20 specialists in the field of measurement and evaluation. It is very difficult to master this specialty while being at work," Education Minister Emin Amrullayev said when speaking about a presidential decree "On expanding educational opportunities for Azerbaijani youth at prestigious foreign universities."

Report informs that he believes formal education is important.

“We discuss education more on emotions. With the exception of a few individuals, the State Examination Center and the Education Ministry have almost no specialists in the field of testology. It is possible to comment on the assessment without hesitation. There is a dire need for specialists with technical knowledge in Azerbaijan," the minister said.
