Azerbaijan announces starting dates of seasons in 2018

Baku. 1 January. REPORT.AZ/ Start dates of seasons in Azerbaijan in 2018 were announced.

Report informs citing the AZERTAC, Khidir Mikayilov, Deputy Director of Shamakhi Astrophysical Observatory named after Nasiraddin Tusi for Scientific Affairs (ANAS) stated.

According to him, the spring season will start on March 21 at 01.58 local time. The length of night and day becomes equal at that time. The summer will begin on June 21 at 19:54, fall on September 23 at 11:50, and winter on December 22 at 08:19.
