Amrullayev says Azerbaijan may have to resort to limited closures

"Distance or hybrid education is not the choice of the ministry. The pandemic is still going on in the country. As vaccination rates increase, the situation should change for the better," Education Minister Emin Amrullayev said at a briefing on the organization of the 2021-2022 academic year.
The Minister added the number of infections in some schools or universities might increase, and in the current situation, it is inevitable: "Given the current epidemiological situation, we may have to resort to limited closures."
