Aide to President: In-person tuition expected to resume on September 15

"The resumption of in-person tuition is scheduled for September 15," Shahmar Movsumov, Assistant to the President - Head of the Department of Economic Affairs and Innovative Development Policy of the Presidential Administration, said at a briefing at the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers on August 20, Report informs.
According to him, there are no prerequisites related to vaccination for parents:
"But there is a requirement that 80 percent of educators be vaccinated," he said.
