Weather forecast for weekend announced

The weather forecast for weekend in Azerbaijan has been announced.

Report informs citing the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources that the weather will be rainy in Greater and Lesser Caucasus. Showers and hail are predicted in some places. Temperature will be 27-32 C in foothills and 19-24 C in mountainous regions.

The weather will be mainly dry in Lankaran-Astara region. However, rain is predicted at times on June 30 in some places in the evening. Fog will be observed in the morning. Maximum air temperature will be 30-35 degrees.

Intermittent rain is expected in Aran regions. Maximum temperature will be 30-35 degrees.

The weather will be rainy at evening in Nakhchivan AR. Maximum temperature will be 29-34 degrees.

North-west wind, which will strengthen occasionally in Baku and Absheron peninsula on June 29, is expected to be stronger on June 30. Maximum temperature will be 23-27 degrees.
