Weather forecast for travellers on weekends announced

Baku. 29 June. REPORT.AZ/ The weather forecast for those travelling on the weekend has been announced.

Report informs, National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan informs people traveling to Greater and Lesser Caucasus that the weather will be dry. The temperature will be 34-39 C in foothills and 27-32 C in mountainous regions.

Sunny weather is expected in the Lankaran-Astara region. The maximum air temperature will be 36-41 C.

Anomalous hot and sunny weather will be observed in Aran districts. The maximum air temperature will be 37-41 C and 43 C in some places.

The weather is expected to be sunny in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The maximum air temperature will be 37-42 degrees.

We inform the guests of the capital that anomalous hot and sunny weather will be observed, and the south wind will blow. The maximum temperature will be 37-41 degrees.

Notably, anomalous hot and stagnant weather condition is expected to continue in Absheron peninsula until July 2, which is risky for most population, especially for meteo-sensitive people. It is not advisable to stay in the open air during long hours in the daytime.
