Snow height reaches 32 cm in Agdere, 8 cm in Shahdag, 5 cm in Giriz and 4 cm in Khinaliq - ACTUAL WEATHER

Baku. 18 January. REPORT.AZ/ The actual weather, which has been observed in Azerbaijan from January 28 to 29 morning, has been announced.

According to the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, from January 28 to January 29, the weather changed sharply in the country with rainfall, snow and sleet in some places.

Precipitation was 2-38 mm in Lankaran-Astara zone, 2-14 mm in Central-Aran districts, 5-21 mm in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, 5-9 mm Baku and Absheron peninsula, 1-4 mm in the Greater Caucasus, 0-4 mm in Gazakh-Ganja region, 2-4 mm in the Lesser Caucasus.

The height of the snow cover was 32 cm in Agdere, 8 cm in Shahdagh, 5 cm in Giriz, 4 cm in Khinalig, 2 cm in Sarıbas, Dashkesen.

The west wind blew at the speed of 15-20 m/s in some places and reached 25 m/s at times.
