Strong north-west wind expected in Baku tomorrow

Baku. 22 January. REPORT.AZ/ The weather outlook for January 23 has been announced in Azerbaijan.

Report informs citing the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources that the weather in Baku and Absheron peninsula will be changeable cloudy, occasionally gloomy and mainly rainless. Drizzle is predicted in some places towards the night. Light fog will be observed in some places.

The occasionally strengthening southwest wind will become northwest in the evening.

The air temperature will be +1 to +4 C at night and +6 to +9 C in the daytime in Absheron and +2 to +4 C at night, and +7 to +9 C in the daytime in Baku.

The atmospheric pressure will rise from 764 mm to 768 mm mercury column and relative humidity will be 65-75% at night and 50-60% in the daytime.

In the Azerbaijani regions, the weather will be mainly dry on January 23. However, rain is predicted in some eastern regions in the evening evening. Fog will be observed in some places. West wind is expected to strengthen in some places.

The air temperature will range from -3 to +2 C at night, +7- +12 C in the daytime, while the mountainous areas will see the temperatures at -2 to -7 C at night and 0 to +5 C in the daytime.

The Ministry warns that from January 22 evening to January 23, the north-west wind will blow and occasionally intensify in Baku and Absheron peninsula.
