Sleet predicted in Baku tomorrow

Baku. 27 December. REPORT.AZ/ Weather forecast for tomorrow in Azerbaijan announced.

National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources told Report that occasional rain is predicted on December 28 in Baku and Absheron peninsula. In some parts of the peninsula  rainfall is likely to turn into sleet at night.

The temperature in Baku and Absheron peninsula will be 3-5 C at night, 6-8 C in the daytime. Atmospheric pressure will rise from 757 mm mercury column to 764 mm mercury column, relative humidity will be 80-90%.

Occasional rain is predicted in some regions of Azerbaijan tomorrow. It is likely to be intensive in some areas and snow may fall in mountainous and foothills regions. Fog will be observed in some areas. West wind will intensify in some places at times.

The temperature will be 0-5 C at night, 6-10 C in the daytime, in mountains from -3 degrees at night to +2 degrees at night and 2-5 in the daytime.
