Short term rain predicted tomorrow in Baku

Weather forecast for August 24 has been announced in Azerbaijan. Report informs citing the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources that weather will be changeable cloudy and occasionally gloomy and mainly dry. However, short-term rain is expected in some places in the first half of the day. North-east wind will blow.

The temperature on the Absheron peninsula will be 20-23 C at night, 29-33 C in the daytime, in Baku 21-23 C at night, 30-32 C in the daytime.

Atmospheric pressure will make 760 mm mercury column (within the normal). Relative humidity will be 65-75% at night, 45-55% in the daytime.

North-east wind will blow on Absheron beaches.

The temperature of sea water will be 24-25 C on the northern beaches (Sumgayit, Novkhani, Pirshaghi, Nardaran, Bilgah, Zagulba), and 25-26 C on the southern beaches (Turkan, Hovsan, Sahil, Shikh).

The weather will be mainly dry in most regions of Azerbaijan on August 28, however, lightning and rain are expected in some northern and western regions. Torrential rain is predicted in some parts of the Greater Caucasus, hail is possible. Fog is expected in some places in the morning. East wind will blow and intensify occasionally in some places. The temperature will be 18-23 C at night, 32-37 C in the daytime, in mountains 12-17 C at night, 23-28 C in the daytime.

The weak to moderate hesitation of meteorological factors in the Absheron peninsula is relatively favorable for meteo sensitive people.
