MENR: We unambiguously condemn cruel treatment of animals

Baku. 7 November. REPORT.AZ/ Media has recently been overwhelmed with fierce discussions of merciless treatment of homeless dogs and shooting them.

Acccording  to Report, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources (MENR) has unambiguously condemned cruel treatment of animals. The ministry considers it necessary to take measures against those who treat homeless dogs with cruelty and that it is studying the issue together with the law enforcement agencies: "We would like to note that in the last few years steps have been taken to ensure that the number of homeless dogs has been regulated and protected, shelters have been created for them."
