Eldar Azizov: Special project developed for Bayil sliding area

Baku. 9 November. REPORT.AZ/ "Experts are currently working on a special project on Bayil sliding area, an opinion is formed. It simply requires some time," acting chief of the Baku City Executive Power Eldar Azizov told reporters.

Report informs that, according to Azizov, these developments stem from a natural process: "Human factor can only accelerate it. When sliding occurs, people usually look for culprits. Some may stimilate it with their activity. But such processes occurred even in the stone age, as well as in the 18th century. In any case both local and foreign experts are working on a special project and the public will be provided with additional information."
