Azerbaijan, Germany mull preparations for COP29

The preparation process for the 2024 UN Climate Change Conference (UNFCCC COP29) was discussed between Azerbaijan and Germany, the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources told Report.
A meeting was held between the delegation led by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany, Jennifer Morgan, and the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan, Mukhtar Babayev. The sides exchanged views on the preparations for COP29, a prestigious event to be hosted by Azerbaijan this year.
