Actual weather in Azerbaijan announced

As of November 23 at 10:00 am unstable weather continued in the country, rainfall, snow observed in mountainous and foothill areas, intensified at times.

Report informs citing the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources that precipitation amount was 55 mm in Lankaran (32% of the monthly norm), 31 in Astara, 19 in Neftchala (42% of the monthly norm), 18 in Nabran, 15 in Lerik, 13 in Gusar and Beylagan, 12 in Oguz, 11 in Shabran and Goychay, 10 in Kishchai and Yardimli, 9 in Quba, Gabala, Imishli, 8 in Altayagac, Khachmaz, Ismayilli, Tartar, 7 in Aghsu, Zardab, 6 in Bilasuvar, Saribash, Sheki, Yevlakh, Kurdamir, Sabirabad, 5 in Mingachevir, Barda, 4 in Shamakhi, Maraza, Gyryz, Zagatala, Goygol, 3 in Jafarkhan, Salyan, Dashkesen, 2 in Khinalig, Gazimammad, Ganja, Jeyranchol, Agstafa, 15 in Sumgayit (54% of the monthly norm), 6% in Baku (21% of the monthly norm) 5 in Bina, Mashtagha, 2 mm in Zabrat.

The height of the snow cover reached 22 cm in Altiagac, 20 in Lerik, Saribash, 18 in Kishchay, 16 in Gyryz, Gusar, 9 in Khinalig, 7 in Guba, 5 in Maraza, 4 in Khaltan, 3 in Gabala, 2 in Oguz, 1 in Zagatala and Dashkasan.

At present, the temperature in Baku is 4 C° below the climate norm.

The minimum air temperature was 3-8 C° in the mountainous regions and 14-18 degrees of frost in the highlands.
