Words "mute-deaf, "blind" and "disabled" have been removed from Azerbaijani legislation

According to Report, this was reflected in the law on amending the Civil Code and the "Regulation on serving in internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan" approved by President Ilham Aliyev.

In Article 1183.1 of the Code, the word 'deaf-mute' has been replaced by the words 'person with total hearing and speaking impairment.'

The word 'disabled' was removed in the third part of Article 83 of the Regulation.
