Sociological Research Center announces exit poll results

Sociological Research Center announced the results of the exit poll conducted in the snap presidential elections held in Azerbaijan.
According to Report, Ilham Aliyev, the presidential candidate of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party, won 92.4% of the votes.
Natalya Isayeva, director of the Sociological Research Center (SCM), said that the exit poll was held in 125 polling stations of 25 constituencies. A total of 5016 voters were involved in the process. 24% of them live in Baku, 7.9% live in Ganja and Sumgayit, 23.8% live in small towns and villages, and 44.3% live in rural areas. 51.2% of the respondents were women, 48.8% were men.
