​Sattar Mehbaliyev awarded Presidential Honorary Diploma

Baku. 28 October. REPORT.AZ/ President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on awarding Sattar Mehbalyev with Honorary Diploma of the President of Azerbaijan Republic.
