Quality of lawsuits will improve in Azerbaijan

Baku. 3 June. REPORT.AZ/ Quality of lawsuits will improve in Azerbaijan.

Report informs, this is stipulated in Action Plan onthe implementation of decree No. 2199 signed by President of Azerbaijan on July 13 on additional measures to improve the country’s business environment and its position in international ratings.

The document provides for the detection of maximum number of interruptions and deferrals in the legislation during 2017-2018 years, the provision of electronic case management tools from lawyers and judges, the provision of legal expenses in electronic form, voluntary mediation / conciliation and the improvement of the arbitration procedure. The implementation of the above-mentioned issues was entrusted to the Cabinet of Ministers and the Ministry of Justice.
