President Ilham Aliyev receives new heads of executive power in video format

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received in video format Joshgun Jabrayilov, the new head of the Executive Power of the Nizami district of Baku, Elgin Habibullayev, the new head head of the Executive power of the Narimanov district of Baku, and Elkhan Ibrahimov, the new head of the Executive power of Kurdamir district.
