President Ilham Aliyev receives credentials of incoming ambassador of Latvia

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has accepted credentials of newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia Edgars Skuja, Report informs referring to AZERTAC.
