President: Enemy that used to say 'Karabakh is Armenia' now says 'Karabakh is Azerbaijan'

"As a result of the great leader's work in the field of army building, the Azerbaijani Army began to be formed almost from scratch, and over the years, our army has increased its strength," the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, President Ilham Aliyev said, speaking to the personnel of the Defense Ministry's Special Forces Unit N on April 30 on the occasion of the 23rd anniversary of the establishment of the Special Forces, Report informs.

"The enemy that threatened us with a new war learned its lesson in the Second Karabakh War. The enemy that used to say 'Karabakh is Armenia and the full stop' now says 'Karabakh is Azerbaijan.' At what cost? Not at the expense of negotiations! At the expense of power, at the expense of strength, at the expense of the Victory of the Azerbaijani Army! We have created a strong army. Further work will be done in this direction," the head of state said.
