Negotiations underway on humanitarian aid delivery from Baku to Armenians in Khankandi

Officials of the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society are negotiating with Russian peacekeepers temporarily deployed on the territory of Azerbaijan on the delivery of humanitarian aid from Baku to Khankandi to meet the needs of the city’s Armenian residents, according to Report’s employee sent to Aghdam.
