Maharram Aliyev: Armenians always trying to make troubles

"Perhaps one of the greatest problems of the Azerbaijani people is that we have an aggressive enemy like Armenians. Armenians are always trying to make troubles, creating certain disagreements," said Colonel-General Maharram Aliyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Military Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration.

"Nevertheless, I believe that the Azerbaijani state is in strong hands. Today our state is strong and powerful. The most important thing is that we have witnessed the high-quality work of our President Ilham Aliyev on these issues," the presidential aide added.
