Ilham Aliyev visits 'Mother's Cry' monument

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has visited the 'Mother's cry' monument erected in Baku in memory of the victims of the Khojaly genocide.

According to Report, President Ilham Aliyev laid a wreath at the monument and paid tribute to the memory of the victims of the genocide on the 29th anniversary of the tragedy.
