Ilham Aliyev receives in a video format New Minister of Education

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received in a video format Emin Amrullayev due to his appointment as Minister of Education, Report says, citing Azertag.
The head of state made a speech at the video meeting.
Notably, today President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree to appoint Emin Amrullayev as the new Minister of Education of Azerbaijan.
He has been the head of the Education Development Programs Department of the Ministry.
