Ilham Aliyev: Azerbaijan waged war with dignity, not fighting against civilians

Azerbaijan waged the war with dignity, observing all the laws of war, not fighting against civilians, not bombing buildings or showing cruelty, President Ilham Aliyev said as he received participants of the 7th U23 European Wrestling Championships which was held in Bulgaria, Report informs.

“The whole world, all military experts have repeatedly stated that Azerbaijan waged this war skillfully, achieved its goal in a short time in compliance with all the laws of war,” he stressed.
