The liberated city of Fuzuli is witnessing a high voter turnout as Azerbaijan holds snap parliamentary elections today.

The enthusiasm among voters is palpable, according to the Karabakh bureau correspondent of Report, who is now at polling station No. 75 of the Fuzuli constituency No. 84, set up in the M. Ulugbek Secondary School No. 1 in Fuzuli.
