Groundbreaking for memorial complex, Victory Museum held in Baku

A march on the occasion of Remembrance Day took place in downtown Baku on September 27 as a sign of respect to the memory of soldiers and officers who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, as well as civilians who died during the Patriotic War and missing people.
Report informs that Supreme Commander-in-Chief, President Ilham Aliyev, and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva took part in the event.
Then the head of state laid the foundation of the memorial complex of the Patriotic War and the Museum of Victory.
