Azerbaijani ombudsman visits Bayram Mammadov

Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Azerbaijan Elmira Suleymanova has visited the administrative detention facilities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Report informs citing the press service of the Ombudsman's Office.

A number of persons detained in these facilities, including Bayram Mammadov were received and heard confidentially, issues on securing rights, raised problems and documentation were investigated, as well as a number of requests were met on the spot.
