Baku Metro to remain closed

Operational Headquarters under the Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers decided to suspend passenger transportation in the Baku Metro until September 15, 2020, Report informs.
Notably, by the Cabinet of Ministers' decision, Baku Metro has suspended operation from July 4 due to a pandemic. Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, said that the metro issue is a topic of discussion. Discussions are underway in this regard.
