Azerbaijan extends special quarantine regime

Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a decision on "extension of the special quarantine regime in Azerbaijan."

According to the ruling, the special quarantine regime was extended until December 1, 2020, at 06:00 to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection in the country and its possible complications.

Passenger transportation services will be suspended at weekends in Ganja, Yevlakh, Mingachevir, Lankaran, Sheki, Shirvan cities, and Goygol, Samukh, Sabirabad, Guba, Agstafa, Bilasuvar, Khachmaz, Ismayilli, Gakh, Zagatala, Jalilabad, Masalli districts.

The decision enters into force on November 2, 2020, at 06:00.
