Voter turnout in Azerbaijan’s Khankandi reaches 32.6% Constituency 122 in Khankandi has recorded the highest voter turnout in Azerbaijan's ongoing parliamentary elections, said Farid Orujov, the head of the Information Center of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Secretariat.

Voter turnout in Azerbaijan’s Khankandi reaches 32.6%

As Azerbaijan conducts snap parliamentary elections today, the voter turnout in the liberated territories has been announced as of 12:00 (GMT+4), Farid Orujov, the head of the Information Center of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Secretariat, said at a press conference, Report informs.

Orujov stated the turnout figures are as follows:

“In the 118th Aghdam-Khojaly constituency, 25.85% (15,890) of voters cast their ballots. The 119th Aghdam constituency saw a turnout of 26.33% (15,899), while 27.28% (15,359) of voters participated in the 120th Jabrayil-Gubadli constituency. In the 121st Lachin constituency, 23.85% (14,676) of voters exercised their right to vote.

The 122nd Khankandi constituency recorded the highest turnout at 32.6% (2,182). The 123rd Kalbajar constituency had a turnout of 25.7% (15,538), and the 124th Shusha-Aghdam-Khojavand constituency saw 25.74% (13,810) voter participation. Lastly, 28.2% (16,821) of voters cast their ballots in the 125th Zangilan-Gubadli constituency.”
