Committee official: Azerbaijan takes measures to create equal opportunities for every child

Creating equal opportunities for children in Azerbaijan is the main principle of the state child policy, deputy head of the department on Family problems of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs Kamila Aliyeva said at the opening ceremony of the 5th anniversary "Different Individuals" Congress dedicated to people in need of special care.

She said that the state-child policy, which was founded by the great leader Heydar Aliyev, is continued today by President Ilham Aliyev:

"Measures are being taken to create equal opportunities for every child in Azerbaijan. Our committee continues to provide psychological and sociological support to children who suffered psychological damage due to Armenia's aggression."
